Very moist cake recipe that I received from a co-worker.

SERVES 12 , 1 cake (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth.

    Add zucchini.
  4. 4
    Stir in dry ingredients.

    Add dates and nuts.

    Pour into a 9x13 greased and floured pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
