Kate, beautifully easy and delicious muffins! I'm not the best baker, so I'm always pleased when my baking turns out perfectly, thank you for this recipe! DH liked them so much, he had them with some soup, my elder DD went off to uni to sit an exam today, munching on a muffin as she went, energy food! Fabulous texture, not too sweet, this is a well-balanced savoury muffin. I thought about adding cheese, maybe another time. Thank you Kate! Made for Aus/NZ swap#34
