We're sorry, this recipe did not work out for us. While the eggs are indeed fluffier, the sweetness of spices and honey just tasted weird on scrambled eggs. But that's just our tastebuds, others may like it. We did give it 3 stars because we made some french toast with the rest of the beaten eggs and that was very good. Thanks for the opportunity to try something new.
