Ww Weight Watchers Turkey Burger W/ Chili Fries

Ingredients

• 2 large potatoes, cut into thin strips
• 2 large egg whites
• 3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 lb lean ground turkey
• 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground tarragon
• 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 medium hard rolls, high-fiber, 2 oz each

Directions

   Preheat oven to 450. Coat a nonstick baking sheet and broiler rack with cooking spray.

   In a large bowl, combine potatoes, egg whites, cumin, salt, chili powder, and pepper; toss to coat. Transfer to baking sheet.

   Bake until potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes.

   Meanwhile, in a large bowl lightly combine turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper. Form into 4 burgers.

   Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil fries until crispy, about 10 minutes. At the same time, broil burgers till brown, about 5 minutes per side.
