Smoked Salmon and Capers over Linguini

This is very tasty. You can really taste the garlic flavor in this dish. What a nice change from the norm. I cut the recipe in half and got at least 4 servings as a side dish. Thanks for posting a wonderful WW recipe.

This recipe used my standard way of cooking rice. The onion, garlic and herb additions make for a very tasty side dish. Try using veggie cubes if you don't want chicken. This recipe is so versatile that you can use it with almost anything. :D

This is very good. I used brown rice and did this in my steamer. So I used 1 1/4 cups of water instead of 2 1/2 and used 1 bullion cube. I cooked mine about 60 mins in the steamer and it was still a little "crunchy" so next time I'll do it 65. Very flavorful served it with grilled chicken. Thanks for posting.
