I omitted the coriander. It's very easy to do and with lots of veggies. It's great. It's very tasty with the demiglace sauce. Thanks Victoria

5 star all the way Wonderful flavor. I couldn't find any demiglace meat sauce so I subbed Chipotle sauce and the combination with the soy was great. This is a liver recipe that everyone will love. Made for PAC09
