    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Line baking pan with parchment paper.

    Combine dry ingredients in food processor and pulse.

    Combine milk, water, and vinegar and set aside.
  5. 5
    Add "butter" and "cheese" to food processor and pulse until mix is crumbly.

    Empty into large bowl, add wet mixture and stir just until combined.

    Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done.
