great recipe. i used to make whole wheat crackers years ago and i like this recipe far better. i didn't have oat bran so i crushed up some bran flakes in my mortar and pestle - which i realize is so not the same thing - but it actually turned out great. also, i didn't do white flour at all. for the white flour amount i just added more whole wheat. i much prefer homemade (as do my kids) and i'll definitely be making these again.
