These ARE super rich! I was going to post them bcz they're similar to choc. PB balls without the PB. I used carob instead of cocoa and rolled them into balls. It made about 20 balls and it was really good! Thanks for posting. Update: I tried these with 1/2 C honey instead of the dates/honey and they turned out just as good, and easier to make.
