An easy basic waffle recipe

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2
    Put the milk, eggs, and butter in a shaker and shake.
  3. 3
    Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture in the shaker & shake hard until well blended.
  4. 4
    If too thick, add a little more milk.
  5. 5
    Pour about 1/3 c into a heated, oiled waffle maker.
