Delicious! I love it when I find a new dip that takes me away from the standard Onion or Veggie dips that I usually end up making. This is fresh and not spicy, just a little bit of a kick. We enjoyed this with crisp fresh veggies, and it was devoured. Simple to make and a real crowd pleaser, try this one the next time you need to make veggies and dip for a pot luck, or just whip it up for your family for a snack, it's sure to please!

This is a tasty, simple dip that improves as it chills! I enjoyed this with veggies, tortilla chips and the next day on your chile relleno casserole (YUMMY!). Thank you for a great dip recipe to put in my KEEPERS! I know we will make this one often!!
