Veggie Soup With Dumplings

Good and healthy too.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook onions, carrots, and celery for 6-8 minute.
  2. 2
    Stir in broth, potatoes, and tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer 20-30 minute.

    Mix flour and water until smooth.
  4. 4
    Add to soup, and cook until thickened.
  5. 5
    Stir in cabbage, spinach, and peas.
  6. 6
    Mix together dumplings adding water slowly until moist.
  7. 7
    Drop into soup by the tablespoon full.
  8. 8
    Cover and simmer 15 minute or until dumplings are done.

    Garnish with cheese.
