Vegetarian Chinese Garlic Mushrooms

I got this recipe from the book "400 Best Ever Low Fat/Fat Free Recipes" by Anne Sheasby. This recipe is great for vegetarians as well as being an awesome appetizer or snack.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

    Chop the mushroom stalks into small pieces and add to a medium size bowl.
  3. 3
    Add the onions, garlic and oyster sauce.
  4. 4
    Add the tofu and sweetcorn and mix well.
  5. 5
    Spoon into the mushrooms.
  6. 6
    Using the sesame oil, brush the edges of the mushrooms and add the mushrooms to a baking dish.

    Bake for 12-15 min, or until tofu is cooked and tender.

    Serve.
