Don't know if you intended the ingredients to be mixed together before, but that's what I did (cheese excepted), & then added the cheese on top! I'm not a big avocado fan, but must admit that these were very nice, & my other half thought them exceptional! So, I've got another keeper of a recipe in the sandwich dept! Thanks for sharing it!
