Great lunch thank you Tisme, though Idid use all wholemeal/wholegrain bread, can't remember when I last had white bread in the house  The vegemite is just right adding that bit of satiness without being over powering. Thank you Tisme for another great recipe, made for Edition 9 - Make My Recipe.

A man-sized sarnie that I enjoyed for lunch the other day! I liked the use of white and wholemeal bread together - it gave the sarnie extra texture. I had to use Marmite (shock), as I cannot get Vegemite here in France, SORRY! I bring jars of the "M" word back with me everytime I go back to England!! I used Boursin as the cream cheese spread and that also added another flavour. Made for Make my in the Aus/NZ forum, merci Tisme for a meal-in-a-sandwich recipe! FT
