This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them on here so I can find them easier.

SERVES 4 , 1 pound veal (change servings and units)

    Dip veal cutlet in flour. Saute in butter in large skillet, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add sherry. Add parsley and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
