Vanilla Citrus Punch

Found this recipe in one of my old recipe books....a very refreshing punch. Prep time does not include time required for chilling.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Combine all the juices in a large pitcher.

    Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the juice. Stir with a whisk to separate the vanilla seeds.

    Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. 4
    Just before serving, add the ginger ale (or club soda) and serve in ice-filled glasses.
