Utterly Amazing Blue Cheese Dressing And/Or Veggie Dip

Utterly amazing as a salad dressing or thinned out for a dip for veggies. . I usually use 8 oz of blue cheese 'cause I love the blue cheese chunks!! Another great thing is it lasts for 3 weeks or more in the refrigerator. I've been rushed at times and have served it sooner than the 24 hours suggested marinating time.

SERVES 8 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

    Combine mayonnaise and salad oil - blend.

    Add sour cream – blend.

    Add buttermilk, white vinegar salt and garlic powder – blend.

    Store in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
