Creative Cocktail! Soemthing different. Perfect drink for a wedding or other fanciful occasion. Picture everyone on the villa lawn enjoying their drinks--heels kicked off, tes loosened, and laughter fading into the sunset. If you don't have limoncello, increase the lemon juice 3/4 ounce each.

SERVES 1 , 1 cocktail (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Rosemary Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, fresh coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar, superfine or baker's sugar
  • 1 sprig rosemary, fresh
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce limoncello or add 3/4 ounce lemon juice and 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

Garnish

Store in a tightly sealed container for up to one month at room temperature.
  2. 2
Rim a large martini glass with roesmary sugar, and set aside.
  3. 3
Bend 1 rosemary sprig and drop into cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Measure in teh vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into the sugar-rimmed glass. Float a rosemary sprig in the drink for garnish.
