This recipe was given to me by my Mother-in-law who got it from her Mother. We like to eat it at Barbeque's.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) package , elbow macaroni- cooked according to package directions (You can actually use more macaroni if you want and it will still turn out nicely and serve even more)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard (I use yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas (drained)

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna (drained)
  • 4 hardboiled egg, sliced (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
Mix together mayo, mustard, vinegar, and sugar.
  2. 2
Add the mayo mixture to the macaroni along with tuna and peas in a large container.
  3. 3
    Mix well.
  4. 4
Place cooled sliced eggs on top if desired and serve.
