This salsa is one of the best i have had. I found the combo of spice and sweetness perfect! I subbed fresh apricots for the peaches because the peaches at the store were hard, and they worked great!

A WONDERFUL SALSA! I especially enjoyed the combo of peach, mango & jicama, & the only change I made to it was to reduce the amount of jalapeno by almost half! This is definitely a recipe I'd like to make again ~ Muchas Gracias, Tink! [Tagged, made & reviewed during the ZWT5's Mexico Challenge, SALSA!]

So I LOVED the peach puree as the base and it worked fabulously with the mango, pepper, onion, jalapeno and lime. I didn't care for the jicama in this nor for the cilantro, so I ate around it. After making it per the recipe, I added some papaya which was delish in here as well. I was eating it with a spoon LOL. Hubby liked it on the homemade chips. Thanks! Made for ZWT5.
