This is SO good and even better after chilling overnight. I served this with your Bahamian Grilled Fish. A delicious pairing. Made for ZWT5, for Hell's Kitchen Angels.

Just by looking at the ingredients I knew this would be delicious and i was not dissapointed, I'm leaving it overnight to blend the flavors even more, I added in 2 cloves fresh minced garlic and lots of cayenne pepper, this is so good, thank you for sharing Pat! made for Carribbean/ZWT 5
