This is a very nice side dish. You can use it as dip with chips or as a side with a meal or an appetizer. Its very delicious simple requires no cooking and very nice for the summer or even all seasons. You can do a lot with it add what you like, make it spicy or non spicy.

SERVES 3 -4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, then take out the pits.
  2. 2
    With a spoon scrape the avocado into a small mixing bowl and mashed it up.
  3. 3
    Add the Lime, Salt, Onions, Tomatoes and chopped green jalapeno peppers.

    The salt and Lime go to preferred taste.
