Tomato Soup

I got this from my friend Jimmy. Its the only Tomato soup I like. And its so easy! I usually double it to make enough for several meals.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Boil broth. Add tomatoes, celery, and carrots.
  2. 2
    Simmer (covered) for 30 minute.
  3. 3
    In skillet, melt butter and saute onions. Stir in flour.
  4. 4
    Add to broth and mix well. Bring to a boil for a few minutes.

    Puree smooth. season to taste.
