Bergy's photo inspired me to try this recipe. I prepared as directed by the recipe, reducing it to 1/2 of the amount. Really tasty and great way to use what the garden is producing. Perked up some not so fresh cukes LOL! Good quick and easy recipe!

Very yummy, yet so simple. I made this for a Memorial Day BBQ and everyone commented on how fresh it tasted. Made it again today... The only thing I've done differently is to leave out the medium onion (as dh doesn't like them) and used an entire bunch of green onion. Soooo very good.
