Tofu Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

I am fully aware this sounds gross but it's really not. it's good for kids and just sweet enough that they enjoy it

SERVES 2 , 2 smoothies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 ounces carrot baby food

Directions

  1. 1
    Pulse everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. 2
    divide between two glasses and serve chilled.
