1 (15 ounce) can tropical fruit in light syrup, removed from can and frozen in a freezer-safe container (see recipe description)

This was indeed a tropical smoothie. I wasn't going to make this today but at the last minute decided to so I didn't have time to freeze the can of fruit, Instead I used frozen strawberries and frozen banana. I tasted it after adding 6 and decided to double up the strawberries. I also didn't need the water or honey as it was sweet and thin enough. Thanks for a good breakfast.
