The Uncle 12 Burger

Recipe #384826 | 25 min | 15 min prep | add private note

By: Uncle 12
Aug 9, 2009

Theres nothing like a juicy burger right off the grill served on a toasted bun with all the fixings, "run it through the garden" I say! Lightly grilled ham on this burger is a nice addition. This is a favorite to grill because it is simple, quick and satisfying. I purchased a 6oz burger press for $6 and found that my burgers don't fall apart anymore and are perfect size everytime, making it quick and easy and delicious! TIP: let your grill do the work, keep the lid closed while cooking and don't mess with the burgers while their cooking unless it's time to flip or remove. Grab a beverage and your timer, and be sure to let them rest for 5 minutes to keep the juices in.

SERVES 8 , 8 6oz burgers (change servings and units)
