The Simplest Sushi You Will Ever Make

i can't really say this is my own recipe, as it's my mum's, really, but I can say that it's very easy, with great results! mine turned out similar to bought sushi. you can make this with any fillings, but avocado is my personal favourite

SERVES 11 , 11 pieces of sushi (change servings and units)

    Boil the sushi rice.

    Drain it, then mix with the vingegar.
  3. 3
    Leave to cool.
  4. 4
    Spread as much as you need onto your seaweed sheet.

    Put your avocado (or other chosen fillings) down one side of the sheet, then, starting from that side, roll your sushi up.

    Cut into pieces.
  7. 7
    Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
