This sandwich makes getting rid of the left-over turkey a gourmet event. My family loves these. I hope yours does, too.

SERVES 1 , 1 sammie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Spread the inside of the split croissant with mayonnaise or warmed gravy.
  2. 2
    Heat the turkey and stuffing in the microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, if desired.
  3. 3
    Layer half of croissant with hot turkey and stuffing, cranberry sauce and lettuce, and top with the other half of croissant.
  4. 4
    Serve immediately.

This sandwich is the whole reason for Thanksgiving, right!!?? We grew up looking forward to Turkey Day leftovers just to have this sandwich (but on regular ol' white bread). Very good with oyster dressing. Can't wait for November 27!
