This recipe was given to me by someone who was very close to me. I have only made it a couple times since he passed away but is by far the best cheese cake I have ever had.

SERVES 8 -12 , 1 Pie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 pckg graham cracker (I get the box of pre-crushed kind to save time)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
9 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

~~~Crust.

Crush graham crackers and add 1/4 C sugar.

Melt 1/4 C butter and mix together.

Press in pie pan and bake 5 min on 350.

Remove and let cool.

~~~Filling.

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add 1/2 C sugar.

Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoons vanilla.

Beat until creamy.

Pour in crust and bake 15min.

Let cool 10min.

~~~Topping.

Mix sour cream, 4 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla together and pour on top of cooled cake.

Bake 5 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Refrigerate overnight.
