This will be the hit of the party, and takes only 3 ingredients! It is a favorite in my house and is a surefire way to get the kids to eat their fruit!

SERVES 4 -6 , 2 1/2 cups (change servings and units)

    Drain cherry juice into a bowl.

    Add the sour cream and Splenda/sugar to the cherry juice.

    Whisk together.

    Serve as a fruit dip or as a dressing for fruit salad.
