Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups thick & chunky salsa
Directions

Place hamburger in large frying pan and brown. Drain. Return beef to pan and add cheese and salsa. Reduce heat and cook on low-medium until cheese is melted.

A co-worker of mine makes this same dip. This is execellent! She uses Pace brand salsa and serves it with Tostitos Scoops chips. Yummy. Keeps well in a crock pot for parties.
