The flavor was really good, but I used GIANT bone in pork chops, and they were a tad overcooked at 2.5 hours.

Good pork chops! These filled the kitchen with a wonderful aroma while they were cooking. They came out very tender too. Most of my family felt that the soy was a little overwhelming, so next time I think that I'd try cutting the soy in half. Thanks SB6 for sharing a good recipe. Congrats again on your football win.
