Loved these simple and tasty appetizers. I made these to eat as a snack as we watched some football on Sunday. I microwaved them for just a bit and they were great. It used ingredients I usually have on hand, so that's a plus too. Thanks so much for posting! Made for your football pool win

What a great little appetizer! I added chopped onion and a dash of salt to the mix and topped reduced-fat Ritz crackers. 25 seconds in the microwave and they were warmed and melty. I may add a little chopped tomato on top next time too. This is a very flavorful way to enjoy canned tuna, thanks for sharing the recipe.

Wonderful quick and easy lite supper tonight! It's really hot right now, and heating up the house to cook is the last thing I wanted to do! These little gems were delicious! I also added minced (about 2 Tablespoons)red onion and sprinkled a "de-juiced" Roma tomato after melting the cheese. Perfect and very pretty! Thanks Sharon! I'll be making this often!
