This is the Tater Tot Hotdish that I grew up with modified to be a bit more healthy. Still a family favorite.

SERVES 6 , 1 casserole (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Bake tater tots according to the package.
  2. 2
    In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until soft - about 5 minute.
  3. 3
    Add hamburger to onions and brown.
  4. 4
    Stir in cream of mushroom soup and green beans.
  5. 5
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan, and arrange tater tots on top.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tater tots.
  7. 7
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until cheese is browned.

It was pretty good, fairly easy to make and economical. The only thing I would have done differant was to cover the dish befoe putting it in the oven so the cheese would have not been so stiff.

    You recipe is missing the tater tots! ...they're in the instructions, just not the ingredient list
