Tagliatelle and Steak Marinated in Special Asian Sauce

this recipie is a nice dish when your at home with guests or jusy feel you and your family deserve a treat.allways serve on a hot plate.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    1. start by squeezing the lemons and oranges and put the juice into a bowl,chop the garlic and add it and the grated horseradish to the juice,chop the chilie and remove the seeds put that into the bowl as well then finaly poor the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl and put it into the refrigirator till needed

    2.slice the sirloin steak into 1 oz pices and put into the bowl of marinade and leve in the fridge.
  3. 3
    3.chop the red,green,yellow,orange peppers and chop the onion and fry in a wok till soft.leve the soft peppers and onion on a hot plate for now.

    4.boil the Tagliatelle for 4-5 minuts and drain leve in a hot bowl with a bit of olive oil so they wont stick together.

    5.fry in a wok 2-5 pices of marinated sirloin steak and fry for 20-40 seconds per side (DEPENDS ON THE THICKNESS OF THE STEAK)when fryed place on a hot plate.
