Taco Pasta Salad

Originally made as a lettuce taco salad. It quickly became soggy so I substituted pasta. Easy and inexpensive to prepare. My husband requests this salad frequently. It can easily be served a a Main Dish.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. 2
    Brown and crumble ground beef until done. Add taco sauce. I usually use about 1/2 cup.
  3. 3
    Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix and refrigerate. You may need to add extra dressing after refrigeration.
