These cucumbers are very good and a bit spicy. I only made half the dressing, but probably needed just 1/4 of what the recipes calls for. We didn't want this to be too sweet, so I added only 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, which was just right for us.

If only I could rate this recipe with more stars!! Its a 10 all the way! I had this recipe EXACTLY as written, and I suggest DO NOT mess with perfection! Try it at least once without alterations and I promise you won't be disappointed. Sweet, spicy, crunchy, devine goodness! Thanks Merry Cook for the recipe! Its a new family favorite!
