Easy sidedish to go with special dinners, holiday dinners, or anytime you want something a little sweet on the side.

SERVES 4 , 4 servings (change servings and units)

    Peel, rinse, cube, and boil the sweet potatoes until soft, about 25 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. 3
    Use 1 tablespoon butter to generously grease bottom of small casserole.
  4. 4
    Place the cooked sweet potato chunks in the buttered casserole.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle on the brown sugar, salt, nutmeg.
  6. 6
    Drizzle on the honey.
  7. 7
    Top with the remaining butter.
  8. 8
    Place in the preheated, 350° oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove, give them a brisk stir to evenly distribute butter.

    If you like them really sweet, top with marshmallows and placed under broiler for 3 or 4 minutes.
