So easy and tastes great!!! There are several sweet lassi recipes on zaar, and I chose the easiest one to attempt. I always order sweet lassi at a restaurant and it's expensive and adds up. This is so cheap and easy. I scaled it down for 1 person and upped the sugar. I didn't have a blender or ice cubes, so I just used my blender bottle. I used 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup cold water, and 2 tbsp sugar. I forgot the salt, and it still was excellent.
