Easy homemade sherbert made with jelly (jello). Makes lots!

7 -8 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 6-7 cups icing, suar

  • 1 (85 g)  pkt jelly (jello)
  • 4 tablespoons citric acid
  • 2 table spoons bicarbonate of soda

Directions

  1. 1
    Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir.

    Start with 6 cups of icing suar and add more if necessary.
