This smoothie is bursting with nutrients from fruits, veggies, and yogurt. The perfect way to start your day! Uses a Vita-Mix blender for creamiest results.

SERVES 1 , 1 16 ounce smoothie (change servings and units)

    Add ingredients in the order listed.

    Start blender on Variable speed 1 and quickly turn it up to 10, then switch to High. Use plastic tamper to push ingredients into blades and blend for 1 minute.
