Taken from a magazine article titled "Soy Story" - as yet untried by me ! Cooking time does not include refrigeration time. Fresh or frozen berries can be used.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Blend berries, tofu and Grand Marnier in food processor till smooth.
  2. 2
    Combine sugar, soy milk and gelatine in saucepan.
  3. 3
    Stir over low heat till gelatine dissolves.
  4. 4
    Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.

    Blend the 2 mixtures till well combined.
  6. 6
    Pour into 4 lightly oiled ramekins.
  7. 7
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

    Turn out onto serving plates.

    Top with fresh fruit if desired.
