I found this recipe in a random search for fish recipes. It's absolutely amazing. I don't eat fish as much as I should, but this was worth the try!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix all ingredients (except Tilapia) in a bowl and set to the side.
  2. 2
In the oven, broil Tilapia on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3
After both sides have been broiled and fish is cooked (should flake easily), cover the top of the filets with parmesan mixture.
  4. 4
Broild for two more minutes until cheese mixture is browned.

I tried this recipe this evening and it was AWESOME!!! My husband and I loved it sooo much!! I will definately make it again. For my taste I will probably cook the fish a little bit longer. Other than that GREAT!!!

I made this today and we loved it! I did take the other chef's suggestion and use olive oil instead of butter. I also did not have any celery salt so I omitted that. When I was topping the fish with the parmesan mixture, I did add some shredded 4 cheese blend to the top of the fish. That put this recipe over the top! We will be having this regularly. Thanks for posting!

Great recipe to kick up a rather bland fish! Have fixed this recipe 4 or 5 times, it is a keeper.

My family is a huge fan of Tilapia. I made this recipe with a couple of substitutions. Instead of using butter, I substitued olive oil. Everyone loved it and I will definately make it again. Thanks
