This recipe was found on Allrecipes.com, only change is the name, it was called Pork & Bean Salad II.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 4 (15 ounce) cans baked pork and beans, drain well
  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 5 radishes, diced

  • 1 (16 ounce) jar creamy salad dressing (or less)

Directions

    Boil eggs and chop.
  2. 2
    Drain beans well, stir together the beans, relish, onion and radishes.
  3. 3
    Stir in the salad dressing, mixing gently. Stir in eggs.
  4. 4
    The amount of dressing can be adjusted to suit your taste.

    Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
