Summer Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

This salad is very versatile and tastes great! Has so many flavors of summer that I can't help but love it! I serve it with hot honey-butter croissants.

SERVES 4 , 1 salad (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag mixed salad greens

  • 2 cups cooked sliced chicken
  • 8 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered almond

  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • poppy seed dressing

Directions

  1. 1
    Layer ingredients in order in large serving bowl.

    Drizzle with poppy seed dressing.
