Wonderful combination of a crumbly top and a smooth filling - delicious!

This is very, very tasty. The only downside is that you have to wait for it to cool because it is best served chilled. . . and it's hard to wait since it smells and tastes so good! But, wait several hours and you'll be happy. Very yummy. Everyone at work loved it and wants the recipe.
