Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie

Thick, tasty, fruity, low fat.

SERVES 1 , 1 thick smoothie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
  • 1/2-2/3 cup low fat vanilla soymilk (tastes best, or low fat milk instead)
  • 4-5 strawberries (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

  • 1 (1 g) package stevia (or other sweetener equal to 1/2 tsp)

Directions

    Pour milk, orange juice and sweetener into blender.

    Add frozen fruits.

    Blend until smooth.
