this ice cream goes fast! Its loved by everyone I know that has tried it! I like using an ice cream machine that uses ice and I like using crushed ice cooking time is ripening time

SERVES 16 -24 , 16 -24 scoops (change servings and units)

Directions

    hull and chop strawberries and place in a bowl.
  2. 2
    pour 1/2 cup sugar over strawberries.
  3. 3
    place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. 4
    either in a food processor or sieve puree strawberry mixture.
  5. 5
    pour strawberry mixture in ice cream making can.
  6. 6
    add milk,cream and sugar stir until sugar is dissolved.
  7. 7
    process according to ice cream machine instructions.
